Welcome to Zyliathor Go Kart. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

Zyliathor Go Kart provides off-road go karts, electric go karts, gas-powered go karts, replacement parts, and related accessories for recreational outdoor use.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing information are accurate.

Due to product improvements, manufacturing updates, or supplier changes, certain product specifications, designs, or features may be updated without prior notice.

Actual performance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain conditions, weather, battery level, maintenance, and riding style.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Order preparation time depends on the specific product model and warehouse availability.

For most products, preparation time is estimated at 10–15 business days, excluding models already available in overseas warehouses.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Zyliathor Go Kart website are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may change due to changes in manufacturing costs, logistics costs, shipping expenses, currency fluctuations, or market conditions.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Order Cancellation

If you request cancellation before shipment due to a change of mind, incorrect order, or other customer-related reasons, a 10% cancellation and payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

This fee covers payment platform transaction fees and order processing costs.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available and the order will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If cancellation is caused by inventory issues, shipping issues, or other reasons caused by Zyliathor Go Kart, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Shipping Terms

Shipping times vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, shipping method, customs clearance, and delivery destination.

Products available in overseas warehouses may arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after shipment.

Products requiring international shipping may take approximately 40–50 days, depending on transportation schedules and customs processing.

Some oversized products may ship in multiple packages, and packages may arrive separately.

Electric models may have batteries shipped separately due to transportation requirements.

Product Use and Safety

Zyliathor Go Kart products are designed for private property and off-road recreational use only.

They are not street legal and should not be used on public roads, highways, sidewalks, or prohibited areas.

Riders should always wear appropriate protective equipment, including helmets and safety gear.

Adult supervision is required for younger riders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe operation and compliance with local regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Zyliathor Go Kart is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, water damage, or use outside recommended conditions.

Customers are responsible for operating products safely and following all applicable laws and safety guidelines.
