We provide shipping services for eligible go karts, electric go karts, gas-powered go karts, and off-road vehicles.

Shipping times may vary depending on product model, warehouse availability, shipping method, delivery location, and carrier schedule.

Order Preparation Time

Order preparation time depends on the specific product model.

For most products, preparation time is estimated at 10–15 business days, excluding products already available in overseas warehouses.

During this period, we prepare, inspect, package, and arrange shipment for your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Overseas Warehouse Delivery

For products available in an overseas warehouse, estimated delivery time is usually:

5–10 business days after shipment

When placing an order, the estimated delivery time may be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier schedule, and oversized freight handling.

International Shipping

If your selected product is not available in an overseas warehouse, it may require international transportation.

Estimated international shipping time is usually:

40–50 days

This includes international freight transportation, customs clearance, local carrier transfer, and final delivery.

Actual delivery time may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, carrier schedules, or other unexpected circumstances.

Multi-Box Shipment

Due to the size of our products, go karts and off-road vehicles may ship in multiple packages.

You may receive several tracking numbers, and packages may arrive separately on different days.

Please wait until all packages arrive before starting assembly to ensure all parts are included.

Battery Shipment Notice

For electric go karts, the battery may be shipped separately from the vehicle body due to transportation and carrier requirements.

You may receive the vehicle package first and the battery package later.

If you receive the vehicle body or accessories but have not received the battery yet, please do not worry.

Contact the Zyliathor Go Kart support team with your order number, and we will check the battery shipment status and provide the latest update.

Delivery Appointment

For oversized shipments, the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
