Shipping Notice

For oversized go-kart shipments, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Some packages may update or arrive separately.

For electric models, the battery may ship separately from the vehicle body due to transportation requirements. If you receive the vehicle package but have not received the battery yet, please do not worry.

For international shipments, tracking updates may take longer during overseas transportation, customs clearance, and local carrier handoff. If you need help, please contact our support team with your order number.
